Susan Spratt

Susan Spratt is the British Columbia and Alberta Area Director for the Canadian Auto Workers. She has been with the CAW-Canada for twenty two years. She has negotiated collective agreements in most sectors of the Canadian economy, including telecommunications, breweries, auto parts, heath care, hospitality and in the public sector specifically in transportation. She has also worked in three Canadian jurisdictions, namely Manitoba, Ontario and now British Columbia. Her work has also entailed being the Labour Chair of the Manitoba Workers Compensation Board. Further she has appeared in all three jurisdictions before Human Rights Tribunals and numerous arbitration boards.
