Paul Saunders
Paul Saunders is a corporate associate in Stewart McKelvey's Halifax office. Paul focuses on mergers and
acquisitions, corporate financing, and commercial real property. He is a member of Stewart McKelvey's
Business Transactions, IT/IP Entertainment, and Commercial Real Property practice groups, and participates in
various technology related initiatives at the firm. Paul uses technology to create greater efficiencies in
the practice of law through knowledge management, client datasites, automated document assembly, legal
project management, and more. Paul has been a part-time instructor of the undergraduate business course Legal
Aspects of Business at Dalhousie University and Mount Saint Vincent University for the past four years.
